Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update 6/1/2020

Our lobbies are now open. In addition to our normal lobby hours, we are also open from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday for senior and vulnerable customers.

At Federation Bank, the health and safety of our staff and our customers remains a top priority as we continue to monitor the changing COVID-19 pandemic. We are asking our employees and customers to stay home if they feel ill or have been in contact with an individual who may have contracted COVID-19.

We have instituted safety measures such as sneeze guards, social distancing and increased cleaning schedules. Our customers are being asked to maintain six feet social distancing and also welcome to wear masks. We also encourage you to continue to use our drive up facilities for routine banking services such as cashing checks or making deposits. This practice will continue to keep us all just a little bit safer.

We encourage you to use online banking services. Access your accounts 24/7 to see your balance, deposit checks remotely, transfer funds and more. It is available at or through smartphone apps. If you are not already signed up for online banking, we would be happy to assist you over the phone.
